Cobbs is taking out his big wedge but continuing to pay in same amount. Mark gave him a cheque.
 
7. Homework
 
Mark de H recommended Spice Holdings. Support services in Commercial and Utilities. esp buildings management. From last month: Tim recommended Spice Holdings, tipped Times Telegraph. Energy advice, metering etc. Small things the big boys don't want to touch. 10-year growth record. 1 SB. Graph up and down.Revenue doubled over last year. PE 15.9, 0.9% divi. Volume 400k.
 
Mark N recommended Wolseley Group. Plumbing and other building supplies esp plumbing. Telegraph says consistent growth and good divis. We lost a bit last time but this might be a good time to buy? 1S 2B. PE 10.2.
 
8. Voting
 
We decided to put £1000 into Wolseley and the rest into Spice. Mark N will purchase ASAP.
 
High/Low sell for Spice will be set at +/-20% as present share. Wolseley will also be set at +/-20%.
