6. Homework

Tim recommended Spice Holdings, tipped Times Telegraph. Energy advice, metering etc. Small things the big boys don't want to touch. 10-year growth record. 1 SB. Graph up and down. Revenue doubled over last year. PE 15.9, 0.9% divi. Volume 400k.

Cobbs recommended Goal Soccer Centres, building 5-a-side pitches on unused land. 15 centres so far. Make money from hire and the bar. 5-a-side is UK's fastest growing sport. Price has risen 34% in ayear. 1S.

Pablo recommended Aberdeen Asset Management (Digital Look) international asset management. Volume 3.3M. £2M invested per day. No divi. £80M losss in 2004 to £7M profit 2005. 4SB. Share price +53% last 12 months. Divi around 1.5%.

We have £4000 to spend. We will leave £1000 so that we have some money to spend next time.

We couldn't decide whether to split the £3000 between all three or between two so we spoofed. we will put £1000 into all three companies.
