3. Dividend Information

RR pays dividend in May and October. Last issue was 3.6%.
Might be worth bearing in mind.
WPP pays dividend November and June, last was 0.4%.
C+W pays dividend January and July, last was 1.8%
Cobbsy will keep an eye on this.

We're not buying anything this month, but still talked bollocks anyway.

Still keeping an eye on Screen - still making expansion plans, though the price is dropping. Will look again next month.

Brett
Innogy has gone from 190 to 200. Presently signing 50000 contracts a week, mostly gas, some electric.  Looking to expand into telecoms and insurance. Sponsoring test cricket, Premiership footie an the Bill drama on TV. About to make an acquisition??? This will be a major expansion.

Accidentally looked at the wrong Dyson - industrial chems. Interesting graph, keep an eye on it.

Pablo
Alphameric - Merchandising EPOS, logistical software and retail to retail sector in Europe and US. Strong performance despite making 4 acquisitions. Big profits last year, £18M cash. Pre-tax profit up from £0.9M to £3.5M, dividend from 0.5p to 1.5p

6. AOB
John received a mail from Proshare.  Proshare competition for best portfolio - £3000 for shareclub members, £15000 for individuals. Closes April 9th.
All to identify share for this competition by next meeting.

Mark

New members have to sign documents - rules of the club and constitution. We have to vote, nominate and sign them up.

Filled in for Pablo, David, Brett and Tim.

Initial Lump Sum clause to be removed. Unanimously carried.

The unit valuation for lump sums is to be changed. Mark to circulate and vote at next meeting.

Signatures and cheques currently 2 from bank account to broker. To be changed to 1. Unanimously carried.

Buying through brokers. Credit period changed by law from T+5 to T+3. This means it's no longer easy to trade on credit so we won't do this anymore. Cheque to clear before we trade. Unanimously carried.

Mark to register the titshareclub domain with Nominet UK.
